Considering your fluency in English I'll try my best to provide some clarity on these matters based off what I understood.

1. First person mod: FPM is not allowed.
2. Low effects/textures: It's allowed but you can't delete any objects
3. Car mods: Car mods are allowed as long as they do not alter the vehicle hitbox or handling. You are allowed to use retextures, but futuristic models are not allowed.
