Title: Shooting at copcar/firetruck/ambulance gets you 2 stars instead of 1

Atm when you shoot at a police car you get 1 star wanted, by making this 2 star instead of 1 would make it better. Shooting at a police car, or its tires should be a real crime NOT A TICKET... If entering a cop car is 2 stars, shooting at one should be the same or worse.

This could also help for Cops in preventing DMing/RDMing, unwanted ppl will get 2 stars right away when they start shooting at incoming cop cars.

It would also help for Civs/Criminals that want to engage w cops, and not have to run around doing “/rob” to friends or strangers around them.

I shall make it so shooting a vehicle with a player in it will give the same crime as shooting the player themselves e.g. Assault with a deadly weapon. This is wanted level 2 for cops.
