just to make things clear,i didn't report akeno+ion have a problem with him saying it,he's just joking around

Post will be locked after the decision,  irrespective of whether it was said in a 'joking' manner or not, telling someone to go 'hang themselves' is far from acceptable or tolerable. Comments like this could lead to pretty catastrophic results if the wrong person reas them, e.g. - having a shit day, or they've been having a tough time for a while.
