Title, usually people have trouble finding the correct time for both parties to come online when they're about to make a transaction, so we can get rid of that issue by letting people send money to the desired person who's offline, to make it easier and less time consuming. (Limit can be the same as it is with sending money to someone online).

I agree - this could be useful, and should have been an option quite a while ago. A current work around right now is the house method, however you have to trust the person you buy it from.. as this isn’t sponsored by mcnr staff. This could be a great way to lessen scams. +1.. and before anyone asks; the current method of setting a house super high overpriced and selling.. is legal but not advised.

I have some business transcations, and beacuse of timezones, it really affects it. perhaps you can use the bank reception to transact money to offline players? and probably add a tax if the transcation reaches 250k? or 350k? 1+

This could be used to open up a door for bug exploitation.

In how many situations do you really need to transfer money to an offline player? This would not be widely used enough to warrant the time to implement.
Most transactions are handled via MCNR - what are you transferring money for anyway..?
