A way to revive mcnr by resetting all stats, money properties levels, except donator

Everyone will grind on the first day, get the rare house then go inactive again, for those dmers well they will kill everyone to boost there kills again and you know where they can get that right? Killing newbies, newbies will be bored, 1 week will be a chaos for sure already seen this on my old server tho.
