The title pretty much sums it up. This would encourage players to become donors. Players can own up to 5 houses, donors should be able to own 6.
I am not too sure if this has been suggested before. If so, I apologise.

There is no premium duration. If you donate, you're permanently a donator.

My original plan was that regular players could have 3 and donators would get an extra slot per £5 donated (up to a certain limit, maybe 7 or 8 idk). But because I wasn't planning to add that any time soon, I upped everyone's limit to 5. But this is something I may look to change soon.

Maybe donating twice will get you the benefit of having 6 houses, that might be interesting.
