Can someone take this bitch outta mcnr? How can you fucking check a rdm complaint in less than 2 mins and punish everyone without knowing anything what happened???

This dude makes 3 posts everyday, ban him from forums, he's toxic as. Karbz unbanned him because he's a changed man. You can see it's not the case, he ban evaded so he should be permanently banned. He's annyoing and damaging mcnr comunity with his toxicity.
