I dont understand this change tbh, before the update i was able to revive a player with 60% chance, now I cant, before the update i was able to jailbreak players, now Im not being able to jailbreak a player with 6 attempts or more , before the update i was able to break cuffs, now I cant, as a lvl 100 player the server must asume that we already have that skills maxed or at least leveled up to a certain point, big nerf to criminals, also the skill leveling is really really slow, like 0.1% up every time you manage to do a certain activity like breaking cuff, revive a player etc...

Especially the leveling up skills being so slow, I would be all in for a slight increase.

I will increase the amount of skill that is added when a skill is being trained, but I won't (at the moment) change the part that is based on level. Levelling up and never using a skill should not magically increase that skill. A large majority of a skill logically should come from training said skill.
CPR: 50% increase
Carjacking: 100% increase
Hotwiring: 100% increase
Jailbreaking: 50% increase
Cuff Escaping: 100% increase
Pickpocketing: 50% increase
Burglary: 50% increase
