Introduction
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
The MCNR 2020 Xmas event is now live:
- Find gifts scattered around the inner cities, find 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 and 450 to win prizes. See /gifthelp.
- Visit the Xmas tree to claim a random prize each day (see /tree).
- Carol singing at house doors, candy and random prizes given out. See /carol.
- Earn candy in all of the above ways to be in with a chance of topping the leaderboard. The players with the most candy will receive huge prizes, see /candyhelp.

Different supply drop 'bundles' can now be ordered:
- Ammo Bundle: 5 clips of ammo for all your weapons
- Weapon Bundle: 5 clips of ammo for your weapons, plus weapons for empty slots
- Welfare Bundle: Health and armour fully restored
- Welfare Plus Bundle: Health and armour fully restored, plus 1 medkit
- Combat Bundle: 5 clips of ammo for all weapons + fully restored health & armour
- Combat Plus Bundle: 5 clips of ammo for all weapons + fully restored health & armour + 1 medkit
- Vehicle Repair Bundle: 1 engine repair kit, 4 tire repair kits, and a jerry can
- Mega Bundle: Weapons, ammo, full health and armour, 1 medkit, 1 engine repair kit and 4 tire repair kits
- Decoy Drop: Explodes upon collection - bait your enemies!
- You can only use the decoy supply drop once every 24 hours.
Also:
- Your bounty is now removed if you kill the player that placed it on you.
- Bandito can now be purchased from low-end dealerships and will appear as an ambient parked vehicle in 'desert' areas.
- Sniper skill can now be trained in shooting ranges.

- Weapon melee damage no longer deals high amounts of damage (the script did not distinguish between bullets and weapon melee). All weapon melee attacks will now deal 5hp damage.
- Weapon skills will no longer be boosted by weapon melee damage.
- Weapon skills will no longer be boosted by shooting team mates.
- Changed message shown when a player robs you so it's contextual. Cops will see 'arrest them to get the money back' instead of 'kill them to get the money back' and medics will see neither.

- You can no longer rob a player that is inside the shooting range or vice versa.
- Fixed inability to place boomboxes inside houses due to 'not on solid ground' error.
- Payphone menu is now closed when a player is cuffed/arrested/downed.
- Fixed a rare non-reported-yet bug where a player could be charged for a supply drop and then be told it could not be requested.
- Supply drop is no longer possible in water.
