Cop Couldnt cuff me even i was not resisting.... i dont have any screenshot. and dubbing pitbull auto robbing even i am in car... dont know its bug or anything els..

Be more descriptive or come with a video, if not, I will close this for invalid bug reports. As we don't know what you talking about.

- Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible.
- Images and videos help a LOT. Press F8 in-game to take a screenshot and upload it here for us to see the issue for ourselves. Please crop/resize large images.
- Date and time of incident if known
Try reporting again with enough evidence.

Maybe you were in a situation where cops were constantly tapping N while cuffing you, which has changed since the 1.9.4. update. Now when you tap once N you're cuffed, second tap you will be un-cuffed and so on.
You can get robbed by your passengers.
