Title: Calling a supply drop car near a player can kill him

- What happened?: We can kill players with a vehicle supply drop if we are nearby him and then call it.
    - Where were you?: N/A
    - What were you doing?: I was afk, and Ralsei did the beautiful thing.
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?: No.
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?: Yes. Yes.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible: Go near a player and call for a vehicle supply drop. Once it drops, the nearby player will be killed.

How is this a bug?

A fucking crate carrying a car falling on your neck wouldnt kill you??

Then explain why the decoy drop has the restrictions not to call it near a player.

I thought that Mike didn't notice it might kill a player who is AFK, the same goes for a Decoy. Decoys have some restrictions to avoid killing AFK players and as this is also an instant-killable supply drop, it should also have those restrictions. I reported it as a bug because I think Mike didn't know about this too. If it was an intended feature, then I should've posted it as a suggestion.

I think the restriction to call it near a player should be added like the decoy drop has.
