Post will be locked after the decision,  irrespective of whether it was said in a 'joking' manner or not, telling someone to go 'hang themselves' is far from acceptable or tolerable. Comments like this could lead to pretty catastrophic results if the wrong person reas them, e.g. - having a shit day, or they've been having a tough time for a while.

Denied, indefinitely.

You deliberately disobeyed a simple rule, that's now been enforced for a couple of months. That the use of the 'n word' is being now prohibited on MCNR platforms, this change was implemented by Mike after a staff development meeting.

You, among with certain other individuals tried to circumvent any punishment by writing the words, and partial words as reactions to messages within the Discord server. I'm not accepting 'free puuro' as a valid appeal.

I'm sick of seeing your appeals, they are annoying the hell out of me.

Your appeal was denied, and yet you're still appealing just about every day and getting nowhere with your appeals.

You will be unbanned Wednesday (15th May 2024)

Any other appeals made prior to this time will result in the ban being extended beyond this time period.

There were still bad intentions behind your messages, "I have your IP address" there would be no reason for this to be said at all unless you're trying to threaten someone and in this scenario we believe it was indeed your intention.

This situation could have been completely avoided had you just kept to yourself, I do not believe you're worthy of a time reduction but instead to serve out the full length of the issued ban.

So therefore I am denying your appeal -  If you are not happy with my answer please feel free to approach Mike , posting another ban appeal will ultimately end with you being forum banned so I advise not trying that.

I would just like to address an issue that has been lingering around within the community for the past couple of days in regards to a recent promotion within the staff team.

The particular player formally went by the name Overdoz , and if you know who they are I need not to explain it any further.

 However I do need to explain my actions, and how these came to the situation where I currently stand.

I am the kind of person where I always believe it's always worthwhile giving someone a chance in an opportunity they would  otherwise never have, regardless of their past however I know the community backlash can come about pretty quickly.

I was happy with the outcome I seen from this individual as a tester, going above and beyond with the current tester team to test reported bugs / features not working properly.

After multiple months had passed, and being fully aware of who he is I wanted to give him the chance at further responsibilities putting him on a probationary period as a moderator.

The community feedback received however far outweighs the reasoning to keep him on as a moderator so effective immediately their assistance as a moderator is no longer required.

Further discussions will be had on whether he will retain a position within the team whether it be as a tester or helper but that discussion is yet to have any outcome.

If you have any questions I will answer them transparently here,  unless you specifically DM me.

I will update you all with more clarity once we determine an outcome -.

To everyone that is complaining about the great reset, understandably I get it you've worked hard for your current stats and they'll be wiped before your own eyes. However this opens a great opportunity for you to explore the server again, there are a shit tonne of achievements that have been added, that many people haven't been able to unlock as it required a server reset.

You achieved your current stats by being a no-lifer playing for multiple hours - You can do that again, and if you are unable to do that it means you've grown up and are doing something better with your life nowadays. If you can't be bothered playing again, that's fair enough. Just keep in mind that everyone will be starting on a level playing field - nobody will get any major advancements.

Staff events will be consistently happening on a regular basis to ensure engagement after the reset stays at an all time high - everything will work out, and before you know it you'll forget the reset happened.

Everything that will be wiped can easily be earned back again, yeah it might take a bit of time but nonetheless it is possible to earn things such as seasonal clothing back again. The wipe is occurring at the perfect time, with Easter just around the corner seasonal clothing will be available during the event. Let us not forget staff do have the ability to give out seasonal clothing as prizes for events (however this will be a rare occurrence).

Make the most of the pre-reset and post-reset events that will be hosted / occurring to capitalise on the bonuses. I will ensure staff are on the ball when it comes to events, but I think you will all be thankful for the reset eventually. No more having players walking around with tens of millions wreaking havoc on the server by suddenly having novices walking around with more money than the San Andreas bank department.

This reset in theory should have happened over a year ago - it also gives the opportunity for better and bigger updates due to backend infrastructure being more supportive. I see many more updates as the year carries on.

Unfortunately at this current stage your crew does not comply with the regulations for becoming official, please visit the attached link and read up on the requirements for becoming official.

• The crew must have been established (created/made) for at least 28 days
• The crew must be well-known, staff should be aware that your crew exists
• The crew must have at least 10 active members, online in the last 30 days, including the owner/leader
• The crew must always follow the server rules, if your crew has known rule violators your application will be rejected
• The crew must square bracket PREFIX crew tag, e.g. [MCNR]Mike. No other brackets (prefixes) are allowed.

You also do not have a crew logo, which suits the regulations of being 100px x 100px, transparent, and of png format.

**Rule Change** - *Criminals are no longer allowed to randomly kill police to assist other criminals*

Effective immediately we are implementing a new change that will prohibit (stop) criminals from assisting other criminals who are being attacked or otherwise apprehended by law enforcement.  This will only be a minor adjustment to the rules, and there is good reasoning behind this adjustment.

**What does this change mean?**

*This change will mean that when you're roaming the server / cities as a criminal, if you see another criminal being apprehended or attacked by the police you will no longer allowed to help that particular criminal*

**What reasons do I need to attack a police officer?**

*You can attack any law enforcement agent, pending that you have some sort of valid revenge against them*

**Valid revenge reasons to kill a law enforcement, who is attempting to arrest another suspect**

- Claiming revenge (e.g. - you already have pre-existing revenge against the cop).
- The cop has attacked you, or attempting to attack you.
- The cop is attempting to arrest you.
- The cop has issued you with a ticket.
- The cop has asked you to pull over / freeze.
- The cop denies your bribe (you cannot kill a cop if they refuse to bribe you).

**Why do we need this change?**

*This change has been implemented to stop criminals randomly running around killing cops, to who they've no interaction for for the entire gameplay.*

If you are confused about this change, or have any questions please feel free to reach out to anyone within the management team. If there are any changes regarding this rule (e.g. - It gets altered or completely removed there will be an updated post.) So please keep an eye out.
