Title: Rule-Clarification (2shotz/cbug)

I want to know , are we allowed to do cbug and 2shot like that or not ? (the clip is 2-3 days old) beacuse i saw players doing
that. even admins  doing it . so if anyone did this should i report them?
because staff are not on the same page. some do it on security guard

im not here to report anyone btw.

i'm just curious .
