Title: They exploded my vehicle and shot me between two

I was watching a quick thing on the mobile while the character hacked the vehicle to turn it on and suddenly two people appear while I am innocent and they are criminals and they are still hacking the car and they take me out of the car and they shoot me between the two and then they explode me the vehicle, did not give me time or to react how quickly everything happened

Your evidence doesn't provide the proof of his 'hacking your car', however I will keep an eye on him.
Player will be punished for RDM.
