Title: make mechanic job more rewarding

would be nice if mechanics got more cash for towing broken/stolen cars since 325$ seems a little too low, so id recommend to add a separate price to different car types for example sports cars will cost more than casual cars which are common to find. it would also be nice if we could find some random things(which happen rarely) from cars, for example a lottery ticket, vehicle engine repair or tire kit etc.

I'll increase the standard reward to $575 for now, and consider the other stuff at a later time.
