Title: Random sounds can be heard

- Your in-game name Ralsei
- What happened? Server randomly plays sounds like Mission completion one
    - Where were you? Irrelevant
    - What were you doing? Irrelvant
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time? I don't have audio plugin installed by the way
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before? A lot of people said that It has happened to them before so yes I believe.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible. It just happens

- Date and time of incident if known I have noticed it happening today

when you adding dark mode to forums
