Details      Well,I was a cop heading to Area 69,then I saw THE_TERROR_VENOM in the backyard of Lil Probe Inn and he was yellow.Then I started approaching to him.I issued him a ticket,and he paid it.But the weird thing is that it said “Ticket issued,-588000”.Then he said “I told you to not approach”.My cash in my pocket became red and went to negative level.I thought it was a bug so I made a post at the Bug Reports section.Then i realized that some other guy was complaining about THE_TERROR_VENOM for stealing his 40k.Well it’s impossible to pickpocket 40000 dollars from someone.Because the max amount is 10000 dollars.
This situation occurred at 7/6/2019, between 11 AM-1PM(UTC+3)

I believe its a bug as "THE_TERROR_VENOM" has a negative amount of cash and about the robbing part its not possible to go beyond the defined limit of robbing amount.

Money is controlled by the server and cannot be influenced by a cheater in any way. Even if they use cheats to make their game's cash go up, the server ignores this and bases payments off what the server knows you have. This negative cash thing is a bug and I will fix it as soon as I can find the cause.

I have returned the funds to your account and others affected (3 other accounts affected). They were all caused by ticket issuing.
