As shown in screenshots, happens everytime I pay a ticket.

I tried it... It seems fine. No issues with Ticket Message.

Looks fine with paying a normal ticket to an officer. but seems to display random characters when paying ticket from police station desk.

Issue	Paying ticket for being wanted showing random characters
Description	IF paying a ticket via police station desk this will show random characters on screen instead of the actual amount paid
