When you are during a fight, it gets annoying when there's a cop that appears out of nowhere and rams you (either on Rustler or a car) from the side while you are fighting another one. They usually appear in the last 3 seconds on the radar, and even this time isn't enough to react. Could you make the cops appear MUCH earlier on the radar (~like 15-20 seconds before impact)? For some reason, in my version of the game the sounds of planes, especially of Rustler, disappear, and they basically hover over you without any engine sound, I can only hear them shooting very often (extra frustation).
Types of interactions i'm talking about (watch the radar):
1:52
1:56
2:01

Hello mate, i have a question not related to the post, what do you use to have the hit sounds enabled? :)
-
I agree, plus sometimes some cops shoot u and run, and u try to follow them they get invisible in radar after they get 20m away from u and u can't even track them anymore, u have to use /gps p id or so

I'm not sure if radar visibility is inconsistent or not...
but yeah, small increase in a draw distance wouldn't hurt
+1

-1big no because when cop chase suspects or follow them then criminals become aware and runs while you kill suspect they will come after you for revenge without able to defend

So I should be oblivious to someone until the moment they kill me?
+1 to the suggestion. I've had quite a few times where a Rustler pops out of nowhere and immediately kills me.

I think this this should be only for CIA skins, else no.
-
For reference...
Normal cops have a blip draw distance of 300m (same as innocent players)
CIA 50m
FBI 100m
SWAT 150m
I do think perhaps they need increasing slightly, but not too much as it defeats the purpose. I also think the lower blip draw distance shouldn't matter if cops are in marked police vehicles.

50 metres?

I think the problem is that the blip distances are only updated every ~2 seconds. I will make it more frequent.

Btw, to make matters worse (for me), I have a weird GTA SA version where aircraft sounds may disappear and reappear from time to time, so for example i can't hear Rustler sound sometimes, so implementation of this suggestion will make me react faster if I see the Rustler on the radar. I wish someone could help me why I have these sound glitches. Happens to aircraft only.

as far as I know, it's samp issue, or if not, can you record and post it?

I've also seem to have this issue (only in SAMP), where I'll fly an airplane/helicopter and the engine will go completely silent.
SA-MP is a buggy mess so I'm not particularly surprised.

why is it in implemented when it's obviously not?
