Just a bit of balancing and additions to make being a Prostitute more rewarding.
Blowjob: Client pays $500, gets +1 stat for future achievement being "Blowjobs Received", client refills 50% of health, prostitute earns $500 and 3 score.
(2 minute cooldown)
Car Sex: Client pays $1000, gets +1 stat for "Auto Eroticar", client refills 100% of health, prostitute earns $1000 and 5 score.
(5 minute cooldown)
House Sex: Client pays $2500, gets +1 stat for "Sexy House Guest", client refills 100% of health, prostitute earns $2500 and 10 score.
(15 minute cooldown)
Also another law should be added being "Public Indecency" where if the prostitute offers services and a cop is nearby, both the client and prostitute receive +1 wanted.

Medic can be the legal way of healing players, and this can be the illegal way.
Maybe make it a 1 in 5 chance to infect the client with an STD which in return slowly lowers your hp until you die requiring you to visit the hospital or a medic on duty to cure it.

The logic would be that in what way will sexual activity help you refill your physical health? STD is already implemented btw.

in the same way it does in all other grand theft auto games.
not everything has to be based on real life, why not use the game mechanics?

I agree, this is a video game not real life, yeah we can implement stuff that are real life based, but having the prositute heal you and a chance to give u chlyumdia is a good idea, and I see nothing wrong with that.

I'm fine with features that are not based in our real world, but prostitute healing players is a no for me. Chlamydia is a type of STD and already implemented, isn't it?

First of all, having sex shouldn't give you any health points at all, then who would be a medic?
the ideas can be modified but I like the way of thinking.

Cause prostitutes healing you is a gameplay mechanic in every single grand theft auto game. It makes sense.
Medic can just be the legal way and prostitutes can be the illegal way, like I said, doing sexual activities near cops gives you a wanted level. And a chance to get an STD that lowers your health slowly until you heal up at a hospital. I see nothing wrong with this idea.

I will add a very small health increase (10 hp) to prostitute services, and also look at the stats/achievements.
