when someone eat IceCream at street like infront of LSPD or HotDog sometimes if he didn't move he ate twice and it gave him food poison, anyway my suggestion is make cooldown between eating hotdog - icecream for like 5 second

Food poisoning has the same chance no matter how often you eat. No point in a cooldown.
