Title: remove cash giving limit/increase seasparrow armor

I wanted to gamble with a player 100k that i could smack him alone vs his seasparrow. I won but he coudlnt pay me more than 25k because of the daily cash giving limit. I also told him to rematch and bet again (this time i had seasparrow), he won, but again i couldnt pay him because i did already pay him before the bet for another thing. I also think seasparrow's health should be increased at least to 10001500 since 1 criminal only can shot that down so easy. It's just too weak.

isn't the daily giving cash is upto 500k?

or the one that you're Gambling with is a newbie?
