When your bike's is more then 1k and bike 's tire hp like 20,14 then we can repair tires. If you need video so i can give

next time please report the bug using the following please :) 

- What is your in-game name and account ID (if known)?
- What happened exactly?
- What circumstances may have led to the issue?
- Has anyone else experienced the issue?
- Can you replicate the issue?
- Can you provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue ourselves?
- If relevant, what was the time and date (GMT) of the issue?

Yes add the video link please this helps so much with replicating the issue.

I have taken a look at this. I see what you mean. The Armour affects the ability to be able to repair tires until they are almost popped. i wonder about this.

Also there is a typo in the chatlog.
