Title: Infraction System
Post by: xev on August 13, 2020, 05:37:47 pm
So I just served a short week ban. So shouldn't my infractions should be set to 0? as mentioned in /infractions

"Once a player accumulates 10 points or more, they will be banned for a week.
Upon returning this short ban players will have 0 infractions point"

The question is why are my infractions still there? why weren't they removed/wiped?

because your infractions did not expire yet that's why they are still there

That's not what I meant, read the inbox carefully it says when you serve a week ban. Your infractions will be reset to 0.

Basically, what he's trying to say, is his infraction points didn't reset after he serve his ban before, meanwhile, in the /infractions dialog box it says it will reset. Will forward this to Mike.

Thank you for pointing this out, that message will be removed in the next update, as points don't go away until the infraction expires, which is generally after 6 months.

As a gesture of good will, I have set all your infractions to expired so you should have 0 points now, however those infractions are still on record so please bare this in mind before committing any further offences..
