Title: Spawn cops at their choice of pd

Please add this in settings that when cops die they spawn at their own choice of pd for example if any cop chooses Los Santos police department (Los Santos) he should spawn Thier not in dillimore or palomino creek same with other cities

There is already a setting to respawn at the main job base.
