Title: Decrease time to start Decathlon

It's kinda annoying that after you get people to join Decathlon, you need to wait 5 minutes to start the event. It would be better to decrease time to 2 minutes, which is fair enough. I know that this is a minor suggestion, but this is the main reason I've never done the event.

The host can start it at any time.
