Title: Can buy a chopper?

1. Not unlock-able by increasing levels... [Cost should be 10 million]
2. Chopper (Maverick) = 10 m & Sparrow = 5 m
3. Spawns near a clean area where no objects are available.

I suggested it cuz it could be more useful to avoid stars or go anywhere fast. When destroyed, cost will be 10k to revive it.

-1 there is no need for that if u got chopper then really hard for cops to chase u so i dont think its good for server

I think summoning it would be a problem. If it's implemented, I think it should only spawn on helipads when summoned.
