Title: the ammunation in ls is creepy bugged

In Game Name:CHAOMAR
bug description: [the ammunation shooting range at los santos downtown is bugged it's say it's in use but it's not in use.]
 Where were you? [i was at ammunation]
What were you doing?  [buying some guns]
Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time? [idk]
Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before? [no it's only the first time]
Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible. [fixing it and if someone crashed/timed he should be punished]
- Images and videos help a LOT. Press F8 in-game to take a screenshot and upload it here for us to see the issue for ourselves. Please crop/resize large images.[i don't have the bug picture at this moment]
- Date and time of incident if known [13 day ago]
