Title: Player Hefesto /quit to avoid arrest

Their in-game name		Hefesto
Details		Hello there, I wanna report this bad guy right here for /quit to avoid arrest, the story is: I was chasing him [as you can see it on the chat --> Hefesto's location: Tierra Robada (SF) (691m North-West)]and he quit to avoid arrest, I was like 600 meters away from him (he also killed me before)
