Ban or infraction appeal? Yes, please reconsider my ban.

Ban/infraction reason and details Other, infractions (Ban Evaded)
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? I go to the server by new name and i requested a unban.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? Someone wich a big car was tryng to destroy my own car I shot at his car and i blew it And i was banned for three week. I was unban for another 5 days I go to the server by new name and i requested for unban and then 5 days of my ban turned to 5 years.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you? No
Any more information to provide? I am saddened by the mistakes i have made and ask for forgiveness.

When l was banned for 3 weeks
About two weeks later i go to the server witch my new name And i requested by code /apm for unban And my ban time has increased.

There was stated in the ban message that if you make a new account while you are banned that you get perms banned.
