There was a job event in which I had to find the stolen car and pull over it. So I found that car and I tried to pull over but it never worked. I tried to place cones and barrels, car jack the NPC, punch the tires and press 2 but, everything failed. So I think you should go through the system. Clara can confirm this as well.

Can you send picthres of it? And next time use the format read the "before you post"

All you have to do is press the button that makes the cop ask them to pull over. Did this not work?

I already mentioned it above. If we press 2, it displays the message. Nothing worked, as I said before.

@Cornshaws Did you try doing what it said and turning on the siren?

Some notes on this from one run through.
1. You need to blip the siren on and off by mashing H key a few times to make it initiate the pullover sequence. This should be made more clear.
2. Needs to be a notice in the chat not to ram or interfere with the NPC's vehicle. Wait until it crashes. EDIT: There is a Popup, but it needs to be in the highpriority text as well in my opinion.
3. Needs to be a high priority text on screen telling you how to stop the suspect from escaping once they are fleeing on foot. (Get close to them) EDIT: It appears this check doesn't happen and the criminal always escapes...
