Title: increase police ranks to 15-20

if uncle mike increase the police ranks to 15-20, maybe only some cop players will using hydra/hunter and there won't be many people complaining about hydra/hunter anymore, kinda weird but its optional if you agree with my suggestion or not.

As mentioned in a topic some place, Hydra, Hunter and Rhino will eventually be removed from the game because of the inability to detect them blowing up innocent players' vehicles and the fact that they are too overpowered and slightly out-of-place.

I think Rustler will stay for rank 10 cops.
