Details		I was peacefully driving in my bullet while this guy started chasing me around LV while i stopped near Four dragons casino that guy came on the roof of car then he started blasting me for no reason after he claims is a revenge kill, as you can see in my crimes i didnt nothing against this player yet

Player will be punished. Thanks for reporting. Next time please use a video recorder as it's hard to prove anything from just screenshots.
