You literally had guns in your hands and on top of that you were buying weapons which is considered as a threat.  Also, you killed someone as seen in the kill-list. Can you send a screenshot of your crimes as well?

I can't  see the crimes in /crimes I only see recent crimes but I recently killed somebody and also I didn't shoot the cops.

You were armed, because you killed a player, which is considered as a threat and makes you an armed warrant. You just got surprised by the cops and you got almost killed and you couldn't do anything except hide your weapons and report them. I'd say this is an Invalid Report.
