Cannot see any hard evidence in the video you did not assault him neither he did you robbed him first so he had the option to take revenge on you but he decided to rob you back and he decided to quit you did not shot him or even prsuit him you shot someone else so that Is not quit to avoid at all and that video not showing anything except you moving few steps and shows he quit.
Infractions will be revoked please provide /crimes and enable /time stamp and get hard evidence on your next report
