Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I was on a vacation for 1 week with my family and when I cameback home to play it says that I am banned for "Ban evasion" when I haven't even touched the game for a whole week
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I don't know why I got banned when I didn't even play for a week
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	No
Any more information to provide?	This is my 2nd Ban appeal after the 1st one got approved. The admin who viewed my appeal said that the ban was for another player and not me and suggested that I should join without using it. The truth is that I used VPN to see if I can get a better ping with it because my ping now is 90-120. But now when I stop the VPN and try to connect to my main profile EZKIDS I am getting the message that says that I am banned for Ban evasion.

Explanation: I copyed an ip from a cs 1.6 server and i wanted to send the ip to my friend Moe_Police. .I missclicked and i send it in global chat and i automatically got banned. I didn't want to send the ip to all the people in the server my intensions were to send it only to Moe. Anyways i am very sorry for doing that and i promise i won't advertise anything again in the future.

Explanation : I was a cop and i was buying weapons from the shop (as you can see on the picture) and out of nowhere i got banned for cheat code 16. I have been playing for 2-3 months on this server and everybody knows that i am not using any kind of cheats.

Details : So me and Jack_Sparrow were a little suspicious about Sofu so i decided to record the fights with her. One time she killed me for like 5 seconds when i was running around her with uzis and she wasn't even looking at me she was looking at the opposite direction of mine(I was to the right and she was looking left) and somehow still managed to hit me everytime in the head and kill me that fast. So after that i started record the fights with her. If you look closely at the clips you can clearly see that sometimes she isn't even looking at the player she is shooting and still manages to hit him so i consider that an aimbot. Feel free to disagree with me but how can you not even look at the player and still hit him is beyond my knowdlege.

Thanks for responding Clara and for the question you asked. Moe got banned like 5 days ago for lying to the staff that passengers can't drop spikes so that ban was deserved. But after that he waited for his ban to end and when he came back he got the message that i showed you that he is banned for 20 years for ban evasion so it would really be appreciated if you can unban him too. thanks in advance

Yea but the problem is that moe waited for his 3 day ban to revoke and when he came back he got the message that he is banned for 20 years too, but he didn't ban evade he just waited for his ban to expire so he can play again. So it would really be appreciated if you can investigate the situation and unban him aswell. Anyways thanks Clara and thanks to the admin that unbanned me

Explanation : I wasn't even banned this time, opposite to the last time. I just opened samp tried to connect to the server and i see that i am banned for 20 years for ban evasion when i didn't have a ban. I can't evade a ban when i don't even have one lol. Anyways hope the issue gets fixed and thanks in advance   
Addition : Moe_Police. has the same problem as me so i thought i would write for him aswell. He got fairly banned for lying to the staff for 3 days so he waited for the ban to expire and when he came back to play again the same message poped up to him. Would really appreciate if you can unban him too thanks.

Explanation : So after i appealed the ban and failed i just waited for the ban to expire so i can play again and after the ban expired i came to play again i see that i am banned for 20 years for ban evasion but i didn't even try to evade the ban wtf.

You are right about the afk it is like quiting for 3 sec and rejoining the server BUT you didn't answer the other things that i wrote lol. 1st that the thing you punish us for isn't in /rules or /dm so technically we didn't broke any rules. 2nd thing is that we don't do it to avoid guarantee death or arrest lol we do it to trick cops. Of course when we are fighting other players or getting /cuff and /ar we don't do it because that type of stuff is rule breaking but in this case we didn't broke any rules in the server only yours "imaginary" rules. You said we do it to avoid getting arrested and as i said in the appeal above (3rd thing) how can i get arrested when we are in a car and driving with 100-200km/h and he is behind us, it doesn't make any sense. And finally implement that rule so it doesn't get abused.

Just to add ask something that was on the topic that i wrote not some lies that you think are true because you didn't see the ip adress. If for example you get banned i can connect with your name and add "2" so that makes you ban evading? No ofc and now stfu check the ip adress that logged and type something that is related to the topic

1st thing - I paused 2 times for 2 complaints and got banned for 1 day lol. I think this is kinda unfair like if I did it multiple times yea but for 2 times really?
2nd thing- We got banned for rule which isn't in the server rules. I checked /rules,/dm and there wasn't a rule to stop us from pausing 2-3 seconds when a cop is chasing us.
3rd thing - Megatron said we pause to avoid arrest? How can somebody arrest us when we are in the car and driving with 100-200km/h? he can't /cuff or /ar us lol.
4th thing- First add this rule where we can't pause for some time when a cop is chasing us. After you add this rule THEN you can ban us if we break it, but now this rule isn't in /rules or /dm so we are getting banned for rule which isn't in the server rules?? Does that make any logic? Implement the fucking rule first and then we will stop because now we follow the /rules and as i said many times this isn't in /rules.

If you watch the clip you can see that i did it only time. Should i get reported for pausing once when other people in this server pause and dm non stop? Are you fucking serious? I apologize if this is rule breaking bc i did it only ONCE after the last report but which rule says Moe can't pause for 2-3 seconds?

Last time you killed me for no reason when i was white. Admins didn't punish you so me and moe did that.
+ you dmed moe before he killed you so he has the right to kill you in self defence and didn't broke any rules.
