Title: /spv summon personal vehicle command

In addition to /pv ( personal vehicle ) and /rpv ( return personal vehicle ) i'd like to suggest to add /spv summon personal vehicle instead of typing /rpv then /pv.

You can recall your car any time with /pv and will summon to your location

Ik, but i'm talking about when you get killed an spawn inside building or sth (means the /pv won't help then) so you go out and write /spv, a faster way than /rpv /pv so that's it

When you die you dont respawn in interior except for jail, than you can recall through interaction menu. But when you respawn and your car doesnt respawn next to you than thats a bug record it and report it in buf reports
