It's impossible for one police officer to take down 2-3 bank robbers, and it's not that right. I would like to suggest implementing a feature which checks if there are 3 online PD members on-duty, so the situation is equal.

noone is impossible, i did kill all robbers alone and its not my problem at all

I can't make it say 'sorry you can't rob the bank because there are no cops online' that's just silly. I have already added 'weighted payout' to all robberies whereby you get higher payouts the higher the ratio of cops to criminals.
Restricting bank robberies to only when there are cops online would not make sense, sorry.
If you have any other ideas to handle this situation please let us know.

that suggest would be awesome but he can use /ar and /cuff /taze are useless
and invain

if you can't arrest/cuff them, then use lethal force (kill on sight)
