Title: [#3 Suggestion] Rustler + Kamikaze

Name: Rustler+Kamikaze
Suggestion: Adding Rustler to less visited areas(like the Big Ear, Missionary Hill, etc) that respawns every 10 to 15 minutes. This Rustler will have ability to cause massive explosion upon pressing the button(SPACE Button). This will be useful for both cops & robbers of the server(when they are outnumbered)
Why Should This Be Implemented: I see this as an ok suggestion and it will help outnumbered faction to compete.

This would just encourage mass DMing at popular areas. Also you wouldn't really put a plane in a place there isn't a runway.
