You happily shoot officers from the top of the building while they cannot even touch you when you are up there, but when this happens to you, it's a major problem?
Seasparrow is a nerf for rooftop stunters and tank criminal vehicles.

@Ahsoka_Tano ,Well, you are saying that his house will not be sold unless he has been active for the last 4 years. Well, let me explain something to you. My house was automatically sold when I was banned for four months, so this is not possible?
You should stop using a translator to make your sentences and use some common sense. You were writing that there are houses whose owners have not connected to the server for years. If somebody was not online for 30 days, the house would be sold. This means the person is actively connecting to the server and playing on it. If you are banned for 2 months, then you obviously can't connect to the server for those 60 days, resulting in your house being sold.

Houses are sold if you have not connected for 30 days(correct me if i am wrong) , this means that the person Who owns the house is likely active and has been on in the Last 4 years.

If somebody attacks me in an interior from behind, I don't see why I can't use pepper spray to defend myself.
If we apply the logic of through walls, then chainsaws should also be disabled since you can use them through walls and get people bugged.

Bullet, one of the most common vehicles used by criminals should have 2000 health? You would only see more of these vehicles used for drive-by and have the other vehicles put aside because of low health and then a same suggestion would pop up since 4door vehicles have low health.

It should be like this: slow vehicles = more armour, not the other way around.

Because then I will be using my own personal vehicles since they are faster, and the police vehicle gives me no good benefits apart from having a siren.

200 health is a mere few bullets; I'd prefer my own personal vehicle, but 500 additional health? Now that gives me a reason to use it.
Besides, as a criminal, you can also steal it, you know...

Player stream distance is set to the standard distance of 400, as is the SA-MP default value. It cannot be set higher. That being said, draw distance comes into play. I cannot see a player past about 150 with maxed out draw distance. That being said, when I aim down a sniper rifle scope, I can see players up to 400 units away. The problem is, they can't see me. I don't want to create a situation where you can't see who is shooting you. They aren't even that far away.

However, even at up to 400 units, I can see him in the Sniper scope:

So to conclude, yes, the maximum range of the Sniper could be 400 units, and the victim does get hit correctly, but they cannot see the shooter, which I think is a problem. People would be livid at dying from someone they can't even see. The maximum range is currently 200, which is actually higher than the 150 visibility range already.

This is probably even worse for players that don't have max draw distance.

There used to be no vehicle armour in the past, and everyone was happy.
Vehicle armour is lowered, and suddenly there is a problem.

As said, it forces you out of your vehicle instead of going around and doing drive-bys.

It is a really nice concept, and even though there are tonnes of drawbacks, it can be managed.

You should only be able to have a single rocket loaded in the rocket launcher. 
After firing, it should be placed in your inventory, where you should combine it with a spare rocket that you got from fishing or some other task.

You can only carry a single molotov since it is pretty destructive; now imagine a rocket launcher, especially in a scenario where you will  suicide to avoid another player getting a kill since it is faster.

Also, some side notes:
- Police officer cannot use the rocket launcher.
- Carrying the rocket launcher near a police officer should give you an instant wanted level.
- Possession of the rocket launcher (in your inventory) should give you a ticket if a police officer searches you, then they should be able to take it away from you like drugs.
- You should be able to store it in a safe.

The only thing you will manage to do here is probably get half of the staff team to resign; besides, you should be rewarded for doing your job, not pay to do your job.

BUS already has passenger seats; script wise this is not possible.
The same goes for the colours, as it already has predefined colour settings.
Two neons would need to be attached to the bus for it to look normal, as 1 neon is too short.
Car spoilers don't fit well with buses, and they would look dumb or be hard to see since the spoilers are literally on the roof.

It was due to a technical limitation. It also makes them less OP than driving through them at 1000mph. It was too easy before. You shouldn't be able to guarantee evading the cops so easily..

The old system allowed you to escape the police easily, wasnt that the whole point of the bribe? Even the painspray does not work now and i need to either flee for my life or hope a nice officer bribes me.

I don't agree with your ideas, at least not in most cases.

Police desk job was there to prevent people from respawning very often as police officers, this works in a certain way to not force police officers to blindly attack criminals but rather use "tactics". (quotations)
Refueling is good as it is; it's not Arma 3 and it's a good way to force you out of your vehicle for some time.
Fade in Fade out screens have been a thing since the beginning. In GTA V there are short cutscenes when leaving or entering buildings; I suppose this is here to imitate the animations.

It's a game with some RP elements, but just because it's a game doesn't mean we need to play it like Counter Strike (fast-paced and quick). Mike wants to put it in a way where you can roleplay but also actively participate in deathmatching, and if people keep repeating the same sentences, which will turn the server into something that Mike does not want the server to become, it gets boring to read. For now, it fits both sides; however, certain people who just DM want it to be one-sided, so for people like ME who like to do little roleplay like putting up a checkpoint or using swat vans or police helicopters to deploy swat operators, it's already hard as it is.

Hey shitposters.. you have a history of multiple infractions and bans for inappropriate behaviour, yet you still disrespect the staff team and the owners in any way you can when you are not satisfied with the result even when you are given multiple chances to improve, you are still the same... If it were up to me, you would be gone by now and would be sucking off the manager just to enter the server.

This would only promote deathmatching.
Any normal person can see that groups of people will pick off the most wanted, and on top of that, the police are also going to be after them.

Even today, you can see a lot of people completing missions and driving around the map (trucking), yet some of you decide to focus on the deathmatching part only. Most veteran players are only promoting deathmatch to newbies. You should show them the features of the server you have so far "mastered" instead of showing them how you can quickly fastswitch with weapons in a duel.

Why do you need to "rebalance" the current system, just so you can get rich easily on a few dozen people that have millions?
You already get at least 50.000$ from rich players, which is about 2 bank robberies.
