I am not using any VPN. And when you say, try a new IP, should I use a VPN??

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I don't understand why am banned. I doubt I was playing at the time the ban was issued (I haven't played for several days, plus the I don't play usually at that time of the day
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	No idea really
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	No
Any more information to provide?	Well, at least explain to me the reason of the ban, and thank you in advance
