i said for example..
in general this whole idea of cops not losing a bit for cash is kinda fucking braindead.. its not fair for me to deal with shit cops kill them and then the next 2 minutes i see them with 10 others going at me..
Why do i have to get punished for dealing with them and not them ?
Ur talking about running from 1 cop.. meanwhile most of us are getting chased around by 5-6 cops..
having an infernus wont help since other cops can have them For free with veh armor and it spawns in pd.
The idea of flying with a shamal is also a dumb idea cuz u have to fly on a low altitude.. i mean i can easily camp on a montain and wait for 10 minutes for my wanted to get removed but at the same time cops can easily grab one and ram my ass..

Idk what mike has to do.. but he should focus on balancing first then add new stuff
Alright let me try and solve the issues you have stated.

1- Like I said, the issue ain't in cops not losing money after they die. This changes nothing really and you should think about it yourself, Would you go off duty because you lost 500-1000$ after dying once? If we want to achieve balance we increase the activities civillians can do and their payouts.

2- No I'm not talking about running from 1 cop, Only part I did was when I specified that you can avoid a cop holding a grudge by flying or driving a faster car.

3- We both know that the police infernus is a rare spawn, Can be easily destroyed and won't respawn as the same car, Is only accessible to rank 8 cops and ain't really what people having issues with the balance are complaining about.

4- You say the idea of flying with a shamal is dumb because "I have to fly on a low altitude"? Is this really hard to do? You also say "you can easily camp on a mountain for 10 minutes to evade but cops might take a shamal and ram you". This is another targetting scenario that you can not avoid, getting away generally from the active city is a guranteed way to evade.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm 100% agreeing with how cops are sometimes spammy and can ruin the experience for many players. But at the same time I'm trying to suggest the right way to fix this, And limiting the amount of cops that can be on duty was rejected before and ain't really the right solution because it will prevent many players from doing their favorite activity and will decrease the playerbase.

You are applying TDM logic in this statement, Why would you need to kill the same cop 30 times? Your objective as a criminal is to rob or do whatever crime you like, evade, fight in self defense if needed and just make a run for it then rinse and repeat. Criminals are meant to have consequences for a botched crime, it's your fault if you do not attempt to evade and just want to stay in a specific area expecting to rout all cops that approach you. No matter how skilled a player is, If they do not play by the logic of CNR which is what the server is literally about, they will eventually fall.

And before I get a "what if the same cop keeps coming for me even when I try to evade???" response, They are holding a grudge at this point and no matter what their faction is they will hunt you down whenever possible and I think we all are familiar with what type of players these can be.  Doesn't mean you can't evade them though, Simply driving an infernus around the map can not be intercepted as you are in the fastest car in the game, and if you are in the worst case scenario and being chased by a high ranked cop in a rustler which can outrun your infernus you can still outrun them and evade by flying a shamal in a low altitude. This is of course in-case you are being chased by a high ranked cop holding a grudge which is what I think most forums cop balance rant come from. Mostly just driving away will blow the chasing police away from you.

IMO the best way to achieve balance is not to make cops suffer by removing their guns or increasing the medical bill, but to actually give civillians more activities. Now we know that this is coming in the future updates (Casino heists, drug dealers etc.) But what can be done for now is like BehindYou said, increase the payout of already existing civillian activities, maybe also make fishing a valid grinding method along with bank robberies by increasing the XP and cash payouts + restrict fishing to be only available for civillians which will surely make more cops lean towards the civillian fish grind, along with other activities with increased payouts of course.

Do you have the audio plug in installed? Because it changes undercover police vehicles radio to the uncontrollable police chatter one, so it might be associated with that one too and we would be able to replicate the issue.

I will do some tests with and without the audio plug in.

Players are permitted to post if they have useful information to add, in his case he offered additional evidence which is always welcome we needed.

Throughout the clip it was crystal clear that your aim was locked on a player through the walls in PD. Appeal denied.

That... is not skipping at all. Just crappy sa-mp. He pressed the button to get out then pressed it again to get back in.

Exactly, Which is prohibited to do in order to skip airdrop picking up animations. So the player will be punished.

So far your evidence is just shooting random players with good enough aim I admit, But no where comparable to the evidence we received in complaints against you. If you can give me a clip of your PoV in those incidents (even tho there are much more clips to share but these seem to be the most interesting), You will be unbanned.

That's just the common LSPD issue, I'm sure it doesn't happen anywhere else but in the LSPD. It always crashes when there is action in there such as players shooting and other weird reasons.. Anyways, This is already known, Maybe evidence tampering is one of the reasons along with shooting that make players crash.
