Title: /rob while crouched steals more money

or maybe just a stealth rob without that big advertisement or being wanted by police. Maybe just a chance to do stealth rob. I wanted also to ask to remove the robbing limit. Some players go around with millions in their wallet, but i can rob only 8-9k and then if i rob them again i steal only like 300$. What's the amount of robbing limit? When it resets?

Good idea.

At the moment you can rob more money if the victim is stationary. It would encourage players to deposit their money, giving more utility to the ATM system.

I think would be also cool to have a credit card fraud skill, so you could steal money from bank accounts. Maybe cracking the ATM pin. So the players could start to put their money in their safe. (Nobody does that)

Rob cap will increase from $10,000 to $15,000 while crouched.
