Title: Add a ranking system for smugglers

Add a ranking system just like the one cops have where you earn smuggler XP by successfully delivering smuggled items. The higher level you are the better items you get and the more you get paid.

bro this server is focused on cops and robbers. ITS NOT A RP SERVER- Mike. These smaller missions are meant for smaller players to level quickly.

So what? That doesn't mean there can't be other ways of making money. There is already a leveling system for mechanic. Your argument is dumb
