Ban/infraction reason and details      -  I w
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?  -   It is wrongfully issued cause I have done nothing for which I'll get banned.                                                                                                                                 
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?   Okay, so i was pming @ARSHIA we were talking about my screen flicker problem which hasnt solved yet then i got a ping from a discord server , i opened discord and my samp was running in back round when I was done with discord I opened the samp and then a Ban message came
Any witnesses that can vouch for you? - yeah , @ARSHIA can cause I was pming him at that time
Any more information to provide?   No

Hi I'm Sorry, I don't know if I'm allowed to reply here but he's right, He was only walking around outside the police department and talking with me, There were nothing against the rules at the time.
And I don't think he's evading.
