What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?nothing, I was playing when suddenly an admin contacted me telling me if I had another account and asking me if I knew LaQuica, I told him that it was me but that I no longer use that account, he also banned me, I don't understand

simply because I didn't want to use that name anymore.

What kind of an excuse is this? If you want a new name then just request a new one using /changename

It was easier to make the new account since with the reset of the server it started from 0 anyway, there is nothing wrong with having chosen to use another new account, in fact if you can delete "LaQuica" do it

No, they are not active, I already served that one-week sentence, the account is totally legal

Here you have the ban screen, it says 1/16/2024. Today we are on 1/25/2024. which means that 3 days ago they unbanned me

Your infractions will be transported to your main account, and you'll be unbanned.
please refrain yourself from making another account instead of changing the account's name.
