I'll keep this simple, and please if you read this.. build onto this idea of what you think should be there.
Personally I think that spawning a personal car and it coming out with the engine broken is awful, (i'm forgetful... I don't remember which vehicles have broken engines/tires etc)..
Perhaps adding the issue with the car in the name, Example: Infernus [Rear Tire Flat].. or.. Sultan [Engine Broken].
This is a two part suggestion, however as they are in the same family... I am going to go ahead and do it. If that was approved, and since most people do not do the mechanic job (when I am online I rarely see mechanics, maybe once or twice a week over a 5-6 hour a day playtime).. Perhaps you would be able to pay to get the car fixed (as if there was a mechanic.. possibly charge 1.5k to fix the engine??).
The main point here is that when I am trying to exit a robbery, or being chased by cops... or chasing criminals.. and I spawn a car, and the engine is broke, it's awfully annoying as it either gets me killed or lets the suspect get away as I have to spend 1 minute to spawn a new one.
What are the communities thoughts on this? Please build onto my suggestion and don't just say +1, or -1... Give feedback.

Supporting this gorgeous idea, it's nice to know the vehicle status like how it shows in garage when you approached, like health: 999.0 or something. It's very frustrated when you are calling your personal vehicle and not knowing it was flatted or damaged badly.
Infernos [Engine Broken] as an information in spawn menu would be very nice and I don't see there's any advantage on this that player can abuse. Overall this suggestion improve the system of spawning car and also do not bring any negative impact to the server. I don't see a reason why not.

I do like the whole idea of saying which vehicle is fine and which is not , wouldnt be so hard as the engine break system is scripted and can be detected and put into vehicle logs and would make the gameplay much more smoother and easier for either escaping or chasing but tbh that nerf on the personal vehicle respawn that forces you to wait 1 minute to spawn your vehicle is kinda not necessary and personally i had to buy dozens of the cars i use too much to just not run out of them when either escaping from the law or chasing a suspect and would love if Mike reconsidered changing that back to normal.

fix it before you teleport it back to garage / destroy it and spawn a new one / take one of the hundreds of free cars around the map
no need for this, it's not fun to get everything so easy

So if we have 15 cars.. you'd prefer there be no Infernus (Back Tire popped), in the vehicle respawn meunu... You think it's more fun to try and guess which vehicles aren't messed up?
I respect your point, but I don't agree with it. To me it seems like a feature that doesn't give anyone an advantage, so why not.

Just in general I think it should be added to see hp of a car and that engine broken / X tire popped in the menu.
Currently all those 15 cars and stuff are kind of irrelavant, since hopefully when the Economy fix comes, people won't have 15 top tier cars just stacked in their garages.
Overall I believe it's a small quality of life improvement that sometime whenever Mike is free can be added, but definitely not prioritize over the rest of the current major issues.

huge +1 for this, great suggestion
also, it'd be great if you could release all of your impounded vehicles at same time instead of 1 by 1

I like this idea.

It's fine if it says the car is damaged, but fixing it automatically would be silly - what's the point of using any of the vehicle repair shops or manually fixing flat tires when you could just get a brand new car every time you use the 'call car' thing?
-
No, I don't think the idea is to repair the vehicles from the menu.
The suggestion is only to see which vehicles are at what health and what other damages has the vehicles suffered, such as a tire being popped. You won't be able to repair the cars from the menu. That would be retarded.
