Title: Stop supply drops disappearing nearby

If possible, could you add a condition to the script where a supply drop isn't considered lost when a person is within 100-300 metres from it? Occasionally, it happens to me that the supply drop disappears next to me if I camp for a long time for example, or if I've been chased away from cops, and when I come back to retrieve my supply drop, it disappears right in front of me, lol.

Looking at the script, they expire after 10 minutes. Why would anyone not collect a supply drop for 10 minutes..?
