Title: "ni*ger" filter is bugged

I said *sniggers* in Discord and got timed out

If you say sniggers in-game it also kicks you

Also if you're speaking spanish and say negro you'll get a warning @Ardealul

Yeah well it also means skin color, but I guess you should be able to say black as a color in non racist way tbh. This is not a easy fix and it will take some time tbh. Thanks for reporting!

I have reconfigured the Dyno Discord bot to only detect full words. I'll do the same for in-game.
