Title: Getting ninjajacked even though the car is locked

Somehow I got ninjajacked on 0:54 even though my car was locked (you can see it in the chat). Fix it, please!  :)
it's not the first time it's happened to me

Description	The car can be ninja jacked even if its locked and stationary if car is locked and moving then it wont be ninja jacked
